Allison Izu Petite Jeans

Allison Izu petite jeans and her clothing company is for women 5'6" and under! Allison herself is 5'2" and had always worked to fix her own clothing to look and fit right.

When she graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC she knew how to tackle and fix all of these fit problems she had.

She created her own basic fit pattern which took up the hemline to a 27" inseam and a second pattern to a 31" inseam but also re-proportioned the waist-hip-knee-ankle measurements too.

This resulted in a pant that accentuated a petite woman's frame!

All her design details are specialized for petites. The smaller back yokes, back pockets and other details which make "your derriere & legs look amazing!" (Thanks Allison!)

Every season she cuts at least four basic silhouettes of petite jeans, the bootcut, the trouser, wide-leg and skinny jeans and adds other stylish pieces such as shorts, pencil skirts, mini skirts, super skinny jeans and capris.

Allison takes the time to fit every sample on different body types.

She moves & re-works pocket placements and proportions to make sure the jean makes different body types look amazing.

The "Paniolo" jean pictured above means "Cowboy" in Hawaiian and every cowboy needs a great pair of bootcut jeans! The "Paniolo" jean is your basic bootcut style with great flare at the bottom to help balance out the hips and feels super comfortable.

Allison has petite customers that have told her "I never could wear a skinny jean, but I love this one!"

The rise on this is slightly higher than her original by about one inch.

It's got her signature Allison Izu "A" back pocket in a beautiful silver thread color.
